Is the end of season cleaning included in my reservation?
- Clean your accommodation and terrace completely,
- Empty the fridge,
- Empty and take out the garbage,
- Clean and put away the dishes,
- Leave the key on the door of your accommodation.
Do I have to pay a deposit during my stay?
A deposit of 300 € will be asked by mail 10 days before the beginning of your stay. The deposit must be made online via the platform of our partner SWIKLY. It is made by a simple credit card imprint and is not debited from your account. The entirety of this deposit will be returned to you returned no later than 3 days after your departure if the accommodation is left clean. From indemnities may be withheld in case of damage, unpaid services, loss of keys given on arrival.
How do I cancel my stay?
The camping TXOKO Les 2 Jumeaux proposes you for serene vacations, a cancellation insurance to subscribe at the time of your reservation.
With Covered Camp, you are protected:
– Cancellation of stay
Reimbursement of the holidaymaker, the sums paid and retained by the campsite.
– Late arrival
Reimbursement of the holidaymaker, of the sums paid and not consumed, consecutive to a late arrival,
–Interruption of stay
Reimbursement of the holidaymaker, of the amounts paid and not consumed, in case of obligation of premature departure.
– Replacement vehicle
Following a breakdown, a material accident or a theft during the stay, we take care of the rental of a replacement vehicle.
– COVID
Coverage of cancellation fees in case of COVID disease, quarantine following a positive COVID test, contact case
It is recalled that in accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28 and following of the Consumer Code, none of the services offered by Txoko les 2 jumeaux is subject to the right of withdrawal. Consequently, if you do not take the proposed insurance, any cancellation by the client after booking and before departure will result in :
- In case of cancellation up to 45 days before the date of arrival, Txoko les 2 Jumeaux will keep the deposit paid by the customer;
- In case of cancellation 45 days or more before the arrival date, the customer is obliged to pay the full price of the stay
