General terms and conditions of sale

Reservation Conditions

– The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after reception of the deposit and after reception of either the reservation contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general conditions of sale during the online reservation.

– Reservations are only binding on the campsite if the campsite has accepted them, which the campsite is free to do or refuse, depending on availability, and in general, on any circumstances that may affect the execution of the reservation made. The campsite offers family-oriented stays, in the traditional sense, the accommodations are specially designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation that would be contrary to this principle, or that would seek to divert it.

– The reservation of a campsite or a rental is made on a strictly personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.

– Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Camping pitch
– The basic package includes a pitch for a tent, caravan or camper van for 1 or 2 people, access to the sanitary facilities and the reception infrastructures.

Rental
– The rental accommodations are equipped. The basic package is from 2 to 8 places depending on the type of accommodation.
– The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families presenting themselves with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation.

Reservation Fees

The campsite asks for an application fee of 30 € per stay in JULY and AUGUST (Offered in low season).

Rates and Tourist Tax

– The prices indicated are valid for the current year. They correspond to one night, for the pitches and for the week, and are in euros, VAT included.
– The amount of the tourist tax is 0.66 € per night and per person of 18 years and more.

Terms of payment

– For reservations made more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the amount of the services reserved must be paid upon reservation at the campsite.
– The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay at the campsite.
– For reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking at the campsite.

Cancellation and Modifications

  1. Modification of your reservation
    – Changes to your reservation can be made free of charge, subject to availability at the campsite.
    – In the absence of a message from you indicating a postponement of your arrival date, the accommodation may be available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the contract, and you will consequently lose the benefit of your reservation.
  2. Unused benefits
    Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) due to your fault will not be reimbursed unless you subscribe to the “Camping Covered” cancellation insurance. In this case please refer to the cancellation policy.
  3. Cancellation by the campsite
    In case of cancellation by the campsite, the stay will be totally refunded (deduction of the file fees). However, such cancellation shall not give rise to the payment of damages.
  4. Cancellation by the camper
    – Cancellation fees can be covered by the holiday cancellation guarantee offered by our insurer: Gritchen Affinity – campe couvert – 27, rue Charles Durand – CS70139 – 18021 Bourges cedex. Provided that the clauses of the cancellation guarantee are respected.
  • If you do not subscribe to the holiday cancellation guarantee:
    *All payments will be retained by the campsite.

Your stay

  1. Arrival
    Arrival days varydepending on the period (please contact the campsite directly for information).
    – Rental accommodations : On the day of your arrival in the campsite, you will be welcomed from 16:00, the inventory of fixtures having been carried out beforehand. At the handing over of the keys of your rent, a deposit of 300€ will be asked to you via an application. This deposit will be returned to you at your departure and after the inventory, if your accommodation is returned without damage and in perfect condition of cleanliness at your departure.

XX Housekeeping package: 90€ for mobile homes, wooden chalets and T3 chalets / 150€ for the Gite, T4 chalets and T5 chalets

 

  1. During your stay
    It is the client’s responsibility to take out insurance: the campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, and in the event of an incident involving the client’s civil liability.
    All clients must comply with the provisions of the house rules.
    Each camper is responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting him/her.
  2. Departure
    Rental accommodation: On the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 10 am. The accommodation will be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, and the inventory will be checked, any broken or damaged object will be at your charge, as well as the restoration of the place if it should prove necessary. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stayCFPROCEDURES APPLICATION deduction made of the indemnities retained for the possible damages noted by the inventory of fixtures of exit. The withholding of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount of the deposit. If the departure is made outside the opening hours of the reception and without control of our part, a fixed price cleaning will be charged to you 90 € for the mobile homes, chalets wood, chalets T3 and 150 € for the lodging and chalets T4/T5 this is whatever the type of renting.
    In case the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee will be charged.
    For any delayed departure, you will be charged an additional day at the price of the night in force.

Animals

Animals are not allowed in the campsite

Litigation

In the event of a dispute and after having contacted the “customer service” of the establishment, any customer of the campsite has the possibility of referring to a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by registered letter, to the operator. The coordinates of the mediator likely to be seized by the customer, are the following ones:

Responsibility of the campsite

The customer expressly acknowledges that the campsite cannot be held responsible for any false information given in the brochure or on the website of the campsite by its partners or by any third party concerning the presentation photos, descriptions, activities, leisure activities, services and operating dates. All photos and texts used in the brochure or on the website of the campsite are not contractual. They are only indicative. It may happen that certain activities and facilities offered by the campsite and indicated in the description in the brochure are cancelled, in particular for climatic reasons or in case of force majeure as defined by the French courts.

Information Technology and Civil Liberties

The collection of personal data, their use for the processing of orders and the constitution of customer files and their distribution to third parties responsible for the execution and payment of orders is subject to the consent of the person concerned.
The processing of personal data, which are collected and kept by the seller for the sole purpose of proper administration of orders and commercial relations, is the subject of a declaration to the National Commission for Data Processing and Liberties. Personal data are only kept for the time strictly necessary for the service provided.
The Provider only collects and uses data that is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes and services for which it was collected.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the beneficiary of the service has at any time the right to access, modify, rectify, oppose and delete personal data concerning him or her, or to limit their processing and their portability. The person responsible for the processing is our administrative department, to whom it is sufficient to write, for any request on this subject, to the address of the campsite, indicating your surname, first names and address.
The Provider includes privacy requirements in all its new procedures and service offerings.
The Provider shall not disclose any information relating to its client or its property to which it may have had access in the performance of its service.
This data will also not be transferred to a non-EU country.

Cancellation Guarantee

The expenses of cancellation can be covered by the guarantee cancellation stay proposed by our partner Campez Couvert for an amount of 3,5% of the total amount of your stay. For the terms and conditions that apply to this insurance, please refer to this Terms and Conditions document.

In case of cancellation, it is imperative to warn the insurance company Campete Couvert.

Cancellation of the reservation: the client is reminded that he/she does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article l.221-18 of the consumer code, and this in accordance with article l-221-28 paragraph 12 of the consumer code, which excludes this right for contracts relating to accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or at a specific time.

Excerpt from the Internal Regulations :

It is posted at the entrance of the campsite. We thank you for taking note of them. All customers must comply with the campsite rules. Failure to comply with the rules may result in expulsion from the campsite without any refund of the stay.
1- Rules of life on the campsite :
The use of sound devices must not be perceived beyond the perimeter of each location. From 10:30 p.m., it is mandatory that everyone respects the right to rest of their neighbors
2- Traffic :
The traffic of vehicles is limited to 10 km/h and is forbidden in the campsite between 11pm and 6am (motorcycles do not have specific authorizations). All persons present on the campsite must behave as a good father of the family.
3- Visitors:
To preserve the calm of the campsite, your friends can only visit you on foot from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Visitors must present themselves at the reception desk in order to deposit an ID.
